A beautiful, functional and classic beating table in solid birch or oak.
 
With a simple twist of the hand, the tops can be folded up or down as required. The tops rest on recessed supports and can withstand the year's changes in humidity and temperature.
 
The table tops are made of solid whole rods that provide a harmonious grain pattern without crosswise joints. The silky smooth surfaces have been carefully finished in several layers with intermediate sanding by hand. The relatively wide centre section can accommodate a chair on each side.
 
When unfolded, the table seats eight people.
